CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation is required, in writing, ten business days prior to the course start date. If you must cancel, a refund will be issued, minus a 20% service charge. There will be no refunds if cancellation is received within ten business days of the course start date. Substitutions are welcome. The Institute assumes no liability for any changes in dates, course content, instructors or venues. A full refund will be given if a course is cancelled.
